Pre-ordered online, just picked up and noticed too late that two Bic Macs are missing. It cannot be that one pre-orders that is written down by the employee and is still forgotten. Train your employees properly or find someone who can do it and don't do things by halves. With best regards a dissatisfied customer

Food in terms of quality as in other branches, due to the sometimes very long waiting time, there is no longer any question of fast food. Addendum due to the professional response of the owner: It's great that the burgers are freshly made. Still, I didn't wait 40 minutes in other branches for two burgers and a few fries, even though the place was anything but full. A little tip, take a look at the time management in the branches in large cities đ
